No, you cannot charge non-Teslas at Tesla charging stations.

You can charge it at any universal charging station. Not Tesla charging stations. There are many apps that help you find and use universal charging stations.

PlugShare gives an overview of charging stations based on the address you enter. When you click on a charging station, you can find out the type of chargers, hours, fees and availability as well as reviews from users.

Some other options include: Chargepoint, EVgo and Shell Recharge

I have that Volvo. The software for finding appropriate plugs is pre loaded into the cars system.
