What is on your holiday baking list?

My spouse likes to bake and make for Christmas. We give it away to our friends and neighbors. For her it is a way to destress after a long day at work.

This year’s list includes:

Pumpkin bread
banana bread
Peppermint bark
Buckeyes
Chocolate chip cookies
Snickerdoodles
Cinnamon nuts
Drunk cherries dipped in dark chocolate
Female fudge - 5 lbs

Out of curiosity, what is that? It's kind of you and your spouse to do this!

So far this year, we’ve decided on…
Gingerbread cookies
Hot chocolate cookies
Italian wedding cookies

I usually like to do a cake, too, so we’ll see.

We always do frosted sugar cookies and ginger spice cookies. Also yeasted cinnamon rolls for Christmas Day.

I'd love a Christmas cake recipe - something like a frosted spice cake. I was gifted one a couple years ago that was absolutely delicious, and have never been able to find a recipe that looks right.

I don’t bake much anymore but I used to always make the snowball cookies, sometimes called Noel Nut Balls. The little round ones rolled in powdered sugar.

Though not technically "baked":
Marshmallows
Rosettes
Potato Chip Cookies

If I can find baking ammonia I also like to make Ammonia Cookies - a very light, delicate and crisp cookie.
