| Second the recommendation for Black Salt--the recipe is based on Bob Kinkead's and topped with fried Ipswich clams. Also, sometimes at the Wednesday market at Concord St. Andrews, which Profish attends, they have clam chowder which is good as well. It's not available on preorder. |
