I have a geographically dispersed team (MD & VA from Bowie to Blacksburg). I am planning a somewhat lame holiday party where I send everyone a gift card to order dinner and then we video chat while we eat. Travel is not possible and I cannot afford a venue anyway. There are a total of 8 of us.

(1) Which service should the gift card be? Or should I ask everyone individually what they want to do?

(2) How much on each food gift card? I am thinking $50.

(3) Any other bright ideas I should consider?
