After market blind side monitoring?

| I really love blind side monitoring on a car especially for lane changes on the beltway. I need to buy another car and the right car at the right price is available but doesn't have this feature. It was suggested that I could use an after market system. Does anyone have experience with these, either good or bad? Any particular ones you would recommend? Thanks. |

It’s possible, sure. It’ll be pretty expensive though. And it will never look integrated into the car. And it definitely will not do the lane departure active correction that OEM systems use.
What about just adding some blind spot mirrors for $3 from the auto parts store and calling it done? I mean, you’ve driven all this time without it- why do you need it now? |
