Which beast academy level my kid is on?

My first grader, will turn 7 in Dec, finishes beast academy 3A with no problem, but has difficulty doing level 3B 50%, and really difficult to do level 3C.

I am getting him online (has access to all level 1-5) and book (can only pick 1 level shipped to home) bundle for a year. I should get him level 3 books, right? Can someone confirm it?

Op here, I refer to placement test that he does to assess which level he is on.

I would ask AoPS. I would not have moved my kid onto the next level if they were scoring 50% on the current level.

Did they finish all the level 2s? If not go back and do that

Get the Level 3 books, but have your kid go through online levels 1 and 2 as a quick review before jumping into level 3.
