We are getting a Nintendo Switch for Christmas. We have three kids (ages 5, 8 and 9). Do we need a family membership or is the individual membership okay for now? They will not be playing online with their friends for the moment. They don't have their own email addresses to even set up accounts with, although obviously we can make that happen if needed. Do they need their own accounts to be able to save their progress in games? E.g., if DS1 and DS2 are each working their way through Breath of the Wild, do they need their own accounts to be able to save their games separately?

| We only have one online account, under my email. The kids do need to play on my account for anything that requires Nintendo Online (they are playing as “mom”) but I think they would be able to play different save slots on the same game, like Breath of the Wild. |
