If you get Uni the Unicorn, you have to get both books. The girl doesn't meet the unicorn until the second book.

Two:
1) Margaret's Unicorn
2) The Magical Unicorn Society Handbook

I got both of these for my 4 year old on her birthday. The 2nd one was/is a little old for her, but it has held its fascination for her much longer. We keep going back to it to read about the different kinds of unicorns and what they eat, etc. She is 5 now.
