| I have a recipe that calls for having the turkey at 425 for 3 minutes, then dropping the temp to 325 for the rest of the time. I just noticed my oven has a roast button and a bake button. The temp stays consistent at whatever temp I set it to regardless of bake or roast. Which should I use?? I started at Roast 425. Should I change to Bake mode when I lower to 325? |

| If the skin is looking TOO brown (hopefully, not burnt), cover the brown areas with aluminum foil to stop the browning. |
| My oven’s Roast setting is convection so it will cook a lot faster. Bake is just normal heat |
