Anyone cooking just a bone in breast? How are you doing it? Any tips?

I’m doing a whole Turkey this year, but I did this breast recipe last year and it was delicious.

Yes, I'm doing this recipe: https://barefootcontessa.com/recipes/herb-roasted-turkey-breast

I've never made it before but a family member who has advised me that the cooking time is likely longer than listed.

I cook one every year and it always takes longer than expected, as per PP too. I don't do anything special to it.

I did a turkey breast one year. I brined it using the same brine used in a cider roasted chicken recipe from an old Cooking Light magazine (available online). It was soooooo yummy!!
