I have TJ cornbread mix. I also have sour cream, creamed corn, canned corn, butter..
I have zero experience baking corn but I googled and think I’d like to make a side dish like corn casserole or corn pudding for elderly family coming for thanksgiving. Would love if I could assemble it all tonight and bake tomorrow afternoon. Or bake and rewarm if it won’t dry out? I don’t know I’ve never made anything like this or eaten anything like it, please help me out with your expertise! |
| It takes so little time to put the cornbread mix, sour cream, creamed corn , melted butter, etc together in a bowl and mix it that I would just have everything ready to go do it right before it goes in the oven. I would say make it all tonight and reheat tomorrow, or make it all from scratch tomorrow (which will taste the best). |
