Acid reflux sufferers: What foods do you love that aren't triggers?

I love food, but it does not always love me.

I have GERD so I am sympathetic to your plight. Thanksgiving dinner is usually pretty good for me. Turkey with light gravy, mashed potatoes and most of the veggie sides are great. I avoid anything with tomatoes (not prevalent on T day), eating or drinking citrus. I also avoid super fatty and super spicy food. I think there's a lot you can eat if you generally eat clean and go light on the chilis.

If you took lemon pills, apple cider vinegar pills daily you would never have acid reflux again. Also works for kidney stone development.

That's some of the most acidic things you can eat.
