Already have a turkey, but next year I'm making this -
I just found this recipe from a group I'm in. I normally wouldn't serve chicken at Thanksgiving, but it looks amazing. Maybe someone here is still looking for an alternative. https://www.themediterraneandish.com/garlic-rosemary-chicken-cranberries/

| One of my favorite alternatives to turkey for Thanksgiving has been individually stuffed Cornish hens. Every guest gets their own, and they’re a LOT quicker to cook than a whole turkey. |
