I broke my ankle a few weeks ago and hobbling around on crutches has made me realize just how out of shape I am. Does anyone have recommendations for seated exercise videos I could do to start getting back into an exercise routine? I recognize it wouldn’t be much of a cardio workout and definitely don’t want to do anything that would impede my ankle healing, but would love to start developing a habit and maybe get a little stronger/more toned while I’m feeling motivated. |
