New to the area; looking for a PEDIATRIC DENTIST in ROCKVILLE AREA

Anonymous
We just moved to the area and are looking for a children's dentistry in teh Rockville Area. Also, I have a question.....our son is 10 months old with almost 8 teeth in; should we start brushing his teeth? Or do something else? Sorry for the ignorant question, but I'm a first-time mom (can't you tell?).

We see Dr. Orlando in Bethesda.

We go to Dr. Golnar Jahanmir on Shady Grove Road. My 3 kids have been going to her for several years, and we've been happy.

Here's a second for Dr. Morgenstein and his partner, Dr. Ensor in White Flint. Great practice!

I don't have any recs - clicked to see who is recommended because our daughter is now 3 and it is time to see the dentist!

With that said, our ped. said that 2.5 - 3 years is a good time to start taking them in. In the meantime, we used a soft washcloth to clean teeth 2x day and once she turned about 1.5, we started using a toothbrush (no toothpaste). We added just a dab of toothpaste around 2 yo.

Another positive rec. for Dr. Ensor at White Flint Mall--she's part of the Morgenstein/Levy practice. My active 3 year old son was perfectly behaved with her for his first exam!
