| I want to knock if Sweetgreen’s curried cauliflower, but I’ve never cooked cauliflower. Is there anything I need to do to get it to absorb the curry flavor, like marinade? And then just roast? Do I need to do any other prep? |

Thanks, I saw those, I just wanted to check.
I ended up tossing the cauliflower with Penzys curry mix. It didn’t absorb right away, but I let it stand for a few minutes and then it turned yellow just like Sweetgreen’s! Hopefully it will taste similar. |
