Hello, what is the best way to banish genetic belly fat that is causing: heartburn, reflux, and back pain?
I am built like my Russian grandmother, who was an apple - wispy legs, arms, and a large spare tire. Unfortunately it is now causing me health problems including a chronic reflux problem and pain on exercise. I have cut out simple carbs. Thank you. |
I’m an apple too. Carbs, sugar, alcohol, dairy, plus a lot of cardio and weight training. You have to work harder than others for results. And the goal can’t be to get rid of the belly fat, just reduce it so that it’s not causing problems or increasing health risks. Embrace the Buddha belly and focus on strong! |
Don’t drink, don’t eat before bed, get at least 10,000 steps a day, interval train with intense cardio
Obviously don’t eat desserts or snack. Go to bed a little hungry. |
Is it extreme enough that you may possibly have some kind of familial lipodystrophy? Or are you just a bit thicker in your midsection than arms and legs? |
