Ben has looked good with her and looked bad with her. He looks good if he's healthy and not drinking and he looks like crap when he is drinking. I do think JLO brings a sense of 'wellness' with her. She is notoriously devoted to the gym and healthy eating and hard work and I'm sure that just rubs off on who she's with.
