Mmmkay. Sure, Jan. |
Yes, but they are a minority and now we know that they are toothless blowhards. |
Nope...an "administrative warrant" is not the same as a "judicial warrant" - different thresholds. And THAT is part of the problem with MAGA not understanding how this is supposed to work. |
You're saying that they're that so incompetent that six guys can't handle a nurse without killing him? That they're just THAT bad at law enforcement? |
LOL. 😂 |
They had an actual judicial warrant? If this isn't a bald-faced lie, surely it would be easy to identify the judge. Or are your fingers crossed behind your back? |
It is pretty clear that he never did this and yes, she is a liar. |
I mean it also doesn't matter. My sibling is a prosecutor who was at a homicide scene (this is standard, they have a prosecutor in to make quick legal decisions like jurisdiction calls) that got rushed. It was chaotic but you know what happened, the police in fact did not shoot anyone. |
You are completely out of touch with reality. Are you even posting from the USA? |
How exactly did he interfere? Let’s think this through… He was killed in front of what looks like a storefront. Was he standing in front of this alleged criminal’s front door? WTF you ghouls will believe any convenient lie. How about you use your brain today. |
Is this a serious question? She’s a liar. |
And notice that article mentions an earlier video? Early Saturday morning, bystanders gathered to protest the DHS operation, some blowing whistles to warn residents of the agents’ presence and others recording. One video, filmed from a passing car, shows Pretti in the street, speaking to officers and filming them with his phone. He is not holding a gun in either hand. An officer moves him back toward the sidewalk. It is not clear how the interaction began or what words were exchanged. A second video, filmed a short time later, shows Pretti on the same block. He walks toward the officers, still appearing to film with his phone in his right hand and not holding a gun. The audio does not pick up what was said between Pretti and the officer. One of the officers pushes a person who appears to be a bystander or protester down onto the sidewalk. |

BARTIROMO: There is outrage across the country that there is another killing. Someone is dead at the hands of Border Patrol. What can you tell us?
KASH PATEL: You do not get to attack law enforcement officials in this country without any repercussions. We not messing around. Ryan Goodman: Federal judges will be watching this. Head of the FBI commenting publicly on the Alex Pretti shooting and with prejudicial statements that show flagrant bias. |
