Looking to speak with parents who have accidently given their child an incorrect dosage of meds

I'm looking to speak with parents who have accidently given their child an incorrect dosage of medication or who have stopped their medication before they were supposed to.

I accidentally gave my toddler a double dose of antibiotics on a holiday evening--but was relieved to be able to talk to an advice nurse (who possibly transferred me to poison control, if I remember right) and learn that it wasn't an issue. Not one of my prouder parenting moments but at least there weren't serious consequences.
