How did you get semaglutide?

If my primary care doctor doesn’t do this prescription, but I qualify, how do I go about getting it? Insurance would be great but I can pay out of pocket. Online doctors? How did you get it?

Yes unless you can get Ozempic, Wegovy or another injectable.

Ozempic - is for type 2 diabetes and not covered by most insurance for weight loss
Wegovy is for weight loss and is covered by some insurances but there is a shortage right now.

Both are expensive for straight cash pay so some people are bypassing insurance and going for a compounded version.

Please do some research before going this route.

I would use a telehealth provider to get Mounjaro and use the coupon to get it for $25.

The coupon that you would download today is $500 off.

How much weight do you have to lose? Do you have any health issues such as high blood pressure, pre-diabetes or high cholesterol?

If you don't have a significant amount of weight to lose (like 100 lbs) and you do not have any of the health issues mentioned, this is not a route for you.

Take it from someone who has been on these for several months now. They are not a magic pill. I felt like absolute shi for the longest time.

If the doctor is not prescribing them to you, it means you are not a good candidate.

I got it through calibrate & they guarantee they can get your copayment down to $25. It has been a life saver for me, I’ve lost 70 lb in a year with ozembic, coaching and fixing my eating/exercise/sleep.

My primary care doctor referred me to a weight loss physician within my insurance network. Had to wait about six weeks to get in the schedule. They do surgery and weight loss medication’s. I got prescribed Saxenda, which is being paid for by my insurance company.

Everyone is different, but I’m not having any side effects. My first week other than constipation. I have about 35 pounds to lose.
