Pimple like rash around mouth

| My 1.5 yo keeps getting this pimple like rash around his mouth. He first got it a few weeks ago and I thought maybe it could’ve been HFM. But he didn’t have any other symptoms and it was nothing like how bad he got HFM last year. Now that he has it again so soon I’m wondering what it could be. Are there things I can put on it to treat? |
