My dad loved the indoor growing lamp we bought him. (I have one, too). yes, gift certificates to my local garden center/nursery would be VERY WELCOMED.

I also wouldn't mind a bird feeder, bird house, maybe even a bird bath, but that's subjective.

I like garden clothes from Duluth trading company.

Definitely GC to a good garden center or online nursery. High quality gardening gloves, and pruning shears. If she's into birds, there are some beautiful hummingbird feeders and bird baths out there.
