How much dance is too much?

| DD is in Ballet 1 (1st grader) and beginner Hip Hop. She is also a confection in a Nutcracker. So right now it's 3 nights a week. She was recently invited to join an invitation only Ballet technique class which will start basically after Nutcracker ends. My question since this is only her 1st Ballet 1 year should we just wait? She enjoys dance but does seem worn out sometimes. I never did dance so I really don't know what's best. |

If it were my kid I would probably drop Hip Hop if I signed her up for the other class.
Just for reference, my dancer is in 4th grade and dances ~6.25 hours a week not counting Nutcracker rehearsals. |
