In Search of a Part-Time Toddler Program, (Day Care Share?) 20016

I have a 13-month old and work a part-time, flex schedule. We are looking to get her a small dose of time both away from us and with other kids in some sort of organized setting. We keep looking into daycare and preschool programs that require more of a commitment than seems appropriate. Does anyone in or around the 20016 zip code have a daycare arrangement they are required to register for full-time but are not using full time? We would be interested in sharing a slot if we could find an arrangement.
