https://www.washingtonpost.com/climate-environment/2022/11/07/cop27-climate-change-report-us/ But yeah sure, let's vote for more Rs up and down the ballot. Because muh gas prices. Because muh freedumb to drive my big ugly truck. Because wokeism. Because Dem Libruls don't like 80 degree days in November, because they're just anti-fun! |

The Anacostia River used to be navigable and tidal all the way to Bladensburg which was a large port.
Due to global cooling the water has retreated and bladensburg is like a creek now. |
|
Airbus is working on electric planes, as are other companies.
The problem is the WEIGHT OF THE BATTERY. It's a technological problem that we need to lick. Elon Musk should work on that instead of being Chief Twit and ordering a new Gulfstream. |
Not due to cooling. Due to the Corps of Engineers. |
Your post makes no sense. Bladensburg is 52’ above mean sea level. It’s called slitting from run off. |
NP. That run off is related to settlement and building and might be related to climate change related weather. |
Retreating water is good |
We were told that Democrats want lower gas prices, and the high gas prices are because of corporate profits or Putin or something else. It appears you are not sticking to the narrative. |
| What this says is that the oceans warmed less, the tropics warmed less. I'm not particularly troubled by 2.5 degrees F warming or another 2.5 degrees F warming. |
|
And voting for Democrats won't change anything. The increasing CO2 levels aren't being caused by America or Europe. They are being caused by China, India, and the rest of the world. You could lower US emissions to 0, Europe to 0, and the planet would still be warming.

"I'm obese anyway, why not finish the rest of the bag?" |
No. Just no. The Anacostia has become silted in due to unchecked erosion and poor farming practices in the 18th and 19th centuries. It had nothing to do with climate and everything to do with soil erosion. |
Bladensburg is most definitely NOT 52 feet above sea level at the Anacostia river. It is AT sea level, since it is within the tidal zone of the river. JFC, did ANY of you pay attention in high school? |
|
The Chesapeake bay is much more shallow as well and needs constant dredging do to global cooling.
|
| Do many predictions regarding global warming are happening. And happening right now. We blew it. At this point, assume the rest of it is on track and try to make sure you set up in a location that will remain habitable and relatively safe long term. |
