I’d like to do yoga for balance and flexibility as a complement to weight lifting, but the classes I’ve tried have been lots of push-up like movements, which is not what I need on a weights recovery day. Is there a kind of yoga more focused on flexibility than strength?

Doyogawithme.com has a subscription, but many of the classes are free with login. You can sort the classes by difficulty, length, type, etc.

Yogi in Melbourne!

I never thought I would like online yoga, but I learned to embrace it during the pandemic. The nice thing is that you can search for exactly what you want. For example, you could google, "30 minute yoga for flexibility" and you'd get a bunch of options.

Yogi in Melbourne is really top-notch and not annoying!

Ive enjoyed in person yoga classes in the past, but haven’t found similar online classes. I’ve tried YBA yoga videos several times on YouTube and she makes me dislike yoga. Her routines and rate of speech are slow and her voice is monotone. What style of yoga does she teach? Maybe I would prefer a different methodology or teaching style. Can anyone provide more information on her approach? I’d like to find find yoga classes and instructors that I do enjoy.

She’s obviously very popular so give her classes a try (I recognize I’m in the minority).

I like her voice, and that she doesn't take herself so seriously, but I find it hard to find episodes that I truly like. She takes a long time to get into the meat of the workout, and sometimes I'm impatient.

She also makes me dislike yoga! I'm happy someone else feels this way, as Youtube only seems to want to push her yoga classes.

I like ALO Yoga. Yoga by Degrees live classes from Chicago area-ymmv based on instructor but I think I just have very strong preferences. I've been to two of their studios in person and did their onnline during covid. Yoga with Adrienne & older Boho Beautiful online/youtube/patreon.

There are a few Baron Baptiste videos that have made their way to YouTube. I know people find him annoying, but for me his classes are the only ones that make me want to do yoga.
