Please help me find a workout routine where the instructor reminds the viewers to focus on proper form and educates audience on muscles being used. Those reminders always motivated and helped me in in person classes. I want to know I’m doing exercises correctly.
Can you recommend some instructors or a series that does this? I’m interested in beginner weight work outs, yoga, aerobics, Pilates, dance, etc. |
I really like Lindsay Brian’s workouts for this - she has an app called Moms Into Fitness. She has a good variety of workouts and her cues are good. Her IG is lindsaybrinfitness and has snippets from her workouts. |
