Looking for new things to make. What did you have for dinner tonight?

We had:
BBQ chicken
Steamed cauliflower
Watermelon

Yummy, but boring.

Asian chicken salad.

Perfect for hot weather! It's a tad labor intensive to shred the lettuce and pull the chicken, but at least I didn't have to cook it (I used a rotisserie chicken). I used Giada's recipe but I also added manderine oranges and wonton crisps. I also added a tad of all natural peanut butter (no sugar) to the dressing. So yummy!!

cold soba noodles with gingery soy / mirin sauce & lots of fresh cilantro
chicken marinated in miso & mirin, seared in skillet
roasted cauliflower
banana shakes (honey, milk, banana & vanilla ice cream) for dessert

last night: flank steak on the grill, asparagus in the microwave, hollandaise in the microwave (so DC will eat veggies).

tonight: bbq pulled chicken in the crockpot, frozen corn (eating in shifts tonight b/c of evening meetings)

tomorrow: gazpacho, maybe a green salad, maybe some rolls
