Asian chicken salad.
Perfect for hot weather! It's a tad labor intensive to shred the lettuce and pull the chicken, but at least I didn't have to cook it (I used a rotisserie chicken). I used Giada's recipe but I also added manderine oranges and wonton crisps. I also added a tad of all natural peanut butter (no sugar) to the dressing. So yummy!! http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/asian-chicken-salad-recipe/index.html |
