Cool. You lose proteins when you get old. You lose it too when you go through menopause. Then again, you lose proteins when you exercise too.

I’m curious what you mean by “lose proteins.” That’s not a thing. Proteins are large complex molecules that are everything from your muscles to your snot. What do you mean “lose proteins”?
