I'm in a district (not in DC) that is notoriously bad at supporting students.
I feel like the only supports that my child has received that are of benefit have been the ones that we've privately pursued after school and during the weekends. Does anyone else feel the same way? I feel like the in-school supports are extremely limited and of terrible quality. Does anyone LIKE the supports they've received for their HFA child? If so, to what do you attribute that? |
| Very much so. Our IEP was a joke and we did everything outside of school. |
