one of our fave meals!
I use tilapia, or flounder, or anything you like. Dip in egg, then panko, and pan fry in some oil. Add salt and pepper to fish first. I also make it without the panko sometimes for a ligher version, and my son likes it better. Get corn tortillas. Get some slaw, or shredded cabbage. Make a sauce: equal parts mayo, sour cream, yougurt. (or any other variation you like) Add zest of lime, chili powder, garlic powder, and thin with milk. We also like avocado and hot sauce with chopped tomato, cilantro, purple onion! Yum. Emjoy |
