Outdoor Tai Chi in January- at 6 p.m.

I've been looking for a Tai Chi class and saw this on the Fairfax County offerings.
It's outdoor, in January at 6 p.m. over 8 weeks. How is this even possible? Has anyone have any experience? Do you just bundle up and do it? Thank you |
