Arugula salad: what dressing?

Inspire me with your salad dressing secrets! I'm taking an arugula-based salad to a party. I have grapes, cherry tomatoes, pecans, and feta that can go into it. I love sweet and savory together, but I feel like I don't want to overwhelm it with a balsamic dressing with all the other flavors going on. What would you use? I have a variety of vinegars and mustards on hand.

I'd probably just do champagne vinegar, shallots, and a lighter olive oil with a bit of salt and sugar.

I’d just do lemon juice, olive oil, oregano and toss

Cancel grapes and tomatoes, switch to dried cranberries, and do a raspberry vinagrette

+1 The lemon juice will counterbalance the sweetness of the grapes. Shaved parmesan instead of feta would be good too.

I love an arugula salad with lemon dressing and Parmesan cheese. Doesn’t need oregano. Just lemon, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

Do a sharp vinaigrette with shallot and mustard. Skip the cherry tomatoes and do grapes, pecans and shavings of pecorino (instead of the feta)

I always do lemon, olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and fresh thyme with arugula salads.

I bought my green, feta, pecans, feta. . forgot the vinaigrette! oof. I just mixed little sugar in with oil + rice vinegar and it was great
