Arlington Public Schools infertility coverage

This is a long shot but I am wondering if anyone has had any aspect of donor egg treatment covered with Arlington County Public School’s insurance plan? I’ve talked to multiple people from Cigna and I’m still unclear if it is excluded completely or if it is just the donor fees that are excluded.
