Low carb diet and leg cramps

I am finding success losing weight (1/2 lb a week but steady) by eating low carb for the past few months. I eat 3 servings of low carb vegetables every day and stay under 1500 calories. I have developed the worst leg cramps, not every night, but 2 to 3 nights a week. I am taking a multivitamin. Has anybody had the same experience, and if so, what did you do about it?

Yes you need to replace electrolytes OP! Drink Gatorade zero or Propel or something like that. It helps immensely. I think I drank 2 a day for the first few months. Good luck!

How could this be healthier than eating a potato or something?
