| I know this is a first-world problem but I loved their old app to order food: it was so easy to add items. The new one is a mess. Why do companies do this?! They took something that was so efficient and made it impossible to use. (I shop in person too but it's nice to add items to a grocery list when I run out). |

They say the new app is coming out 11/10.
It is a failure of their IT dept or their IT contractor for taking the old app before the new one is ready. If the new app doesn’t work smoothly for Thanksgiving shopping, that will be a blow to their revenue. |

It is terrible. I always pay the $99 fee each year but I won't in January.
Who puts out a site where you can't sort by price?! |

Even worse they no longer call you with substitutions. I get that’s a manpower issue. But last week they made subs that were ridiculous. This week we’re ordering Amazon Fresh instead.
So sad as the old app was great. I ordered for pickup every single week. |
