Honestly, this food blogger is fantastic. I cook a lot from her site. If you like Middle Eastern food, which is generally pretty good for a crowd, her chicken shawarma and lamb kofta are easy favourites.

Was easy and yummy- super spicy in the air, so will dial down red chili flakes next time. The link to sesame dressing was convenient and delish!

+1 I’ve talked about the Vietnamese caramel pork on here quite a bit, but all her recipes are great. My young adult son is living overseas and cooking for himself every day for the first time, and I’ve told him to follow her on Instagram for inspiration.
