I make what’s called CCF tea. Equal parts (e.g., 1tsp each for a 12oz mug): cumin seed, coriander seed, and fennel seed. Steep 5 min and strain. No sweetener needed, assuming you like the flavor which I do.

Eggs do that for me.

Any tea that has hibiscus. Tazo Passion is a favorite. I think the Zinger teas by Celestial Seasonings might be like this too.
I wouldn’t say they make me feel full if I’m hungry, but they’re satisfying and don’t need sugar or other sweeteners.

I think any of them will help (look for zero sugar options). They fill you up by taking up volume. Pick what you like and keep a variety.

I drink a lot of herbal tea and none of it helps with actual appetite. If it has rooibos and flowers it helps with sugar cravings, but for appetite I need a decaf with a splash of actual milk and that does it for a good few hours.
