She is an excellent songwriter, but I couldn’t listen to to her for very long. Her voice grated. Much prefer Emmy Lou Harris over Mitchell. The Greenwich Village crowd was pretty different from the Austin TX/Nashville crowd. I guess I prefer the latter. |
