Desperately searching for a pediatrician! Please help.

Dh is about to be a federal employee, and we are in the process of choosing both a health insurance plan and a pediatrician. (We are new to DC.) I thought it would be as easy as figuring out which ped we want and then signing up for whatever insurance plan they participate in -- but it's turning out to be MUCH more complicated, for some reason.

An anyone tell me anything about Dr. Josephine Weeks? How about the practice at Pediatric Primary Care at 3800 Reservoir Road?

Or, can anyone who loves their ped AND is a federal employee recommend a ped for us?

We will be living in NW DC and want a ped in/near the area. Preferably female.
