Plyometrics

I've been reading about this being good for post-menopause women.

Any ideas of how to start? I've started scrolling through youtube

Thanks

If you have the Peloton app, the HIIT Cardio classes are plyo. It's things like jump squats, speed skaters, etc. - lots of jumping in various directions.

I love Les Mills body attack classes for this. Or YouTube if you can’t get to a gym with good classes. But this is something I really think works best when you have someone leading you in what to do and when

I've also been reading about that and trying to build plyo in to my workouts. I read that you should aim for 10 minutes of plyo three times a week. Depending on your level of fitness, plyo could be: squat jumps, jump rope, tuck jumps, burpees, mountain climbers, lateral lunge to track starter jump, jumping off of boxes, and jumping onto boxes. If you just google, you can find lots of ideas and short demo videos.
