Has anyone ever found or tried to recreate the chicken aracosian qorma dish from Bistro Aracosia Palisades?
Was going to give it a try but wanted to see if anyone else has wisdom to share. TIA! From menu: Chicken Aracosian Boneless chicken thigh in a spicy [I think “ spiced” would be more accurate as it is not Scoville spicy] tomato based stew with eggplant and garam masala, topped with fresh cilantro, served with saffron infused basmati rice |
