Restaurant for dinner & live music, casual venue in DC

| I'm looking for a place in DC for tonight. Nothing fancy or be more of a date night vibe. Something like the spots that used to have music in Adams Morgan back when that was the popular place to hang out (Bukom Cafe was our favorite place for this). Or the 14th & U st. corridor. Are there any spots like this left? My friend is back in town for homecoming this weekend and wants to meet up for dinner somewhere with live music. I'm so uncool I don't know any spots like this anymore (outside of places like City Winery / Blues Alley). I see that The Hamilton has live music tonight but don't think we'd be into that band. Appreciate any suggestions. |
