I’ve worn Nike metcon for years, not yeh new model has a very wide heel so doesn’t work for me.
Any recommendations? I like firm support — little to very little or no squish — and stability with good arch support is my priority. |
Should read “….but the new model…”! |
Are these the ones you have? I have a very narrow heel and they fit me perfectly. My favorite training shoes thus far.

I just got a pair of Brooks Adrenaline GTS - happy with them so far. I overpronate and they correct that. |
What do you mean by training? What kind of exercising are you doing? Just weights? HIIT? Running? Sprints? |
OP here. Mostly weights, hiit, and plyometrics. Not a runner. |
Thanks! I’ve never tried those. I have these: https://www.nordstrom.com/s/nike-metcon-8-training-shoe-women/6677813 |
I really like the Saucony kinvara shoes. They are a running shoe, but lightweight and low bulk. They have good stability for lateral moves too. I use for HIIT class, weights, running (mostly sprints and intervals, never distances longer than 2 miles ) |
