Restaurant near library of congress??

Can anyone recommend a restaurant near the library of congress? I'm not familiar with that area but would like something nice for dinner before I go to a concert with friends.. Any tips?

The Eastern Market area is just a few blocks away and there are a lot of good options on 8th St. Acqua al 2 is good (if it's still there, haven't been since before covid).
