| I hate MLM but Yvan do Beachbody on Demand without being sucked into their craziness or coaching or what. I love their barre and Pilates videos. I am sure you could find good videos on YouTube but I like the series and the variety. |

There isn’t much on the site to understand what this site does. If you sign up for the 14 days, is it like they set up up with a schedule based on your hours? Is it live? Are there just a bunch of classes by different people and you pick? I’m confused as to how it works. |

This site has lots of mat options. Classes are fun. I found Spier to be kind of boring, but I haven't used it in a while.
