St. Columba’s - hard to get in?

| Just starting to look at preschools and St. Columba’s is on our list. It seems like a sweet little school and it’s walking distance from our house. Can anyone shed light on how likely it is that DC will get a spot? |

| If you're in the neighborhood it's generally not hard as they identify as a neighborhood school. |

| We got a spot 3 years ago and weren’t in the neighborhood, for whatever that’s worth. Which maybe isn’t much. |

| We tried last year and did not get in, though we got into multiple more allegedly "selective" nursery schools. We are not in the neighborhood though. |
