Baked potato bar! Thank you. (They eat bagels and smoked salmon for breakfast a lot otherwise that would be a good idea). Thank you. (The honey chicken thing looks a little sweet for me- but also big thanks!)

We have about a dozen go-to easy recipes that either spouse or either teen can put together in an hour. Sure, we try new things but sometimes we just need to hit the easy button:
Tonight - chili mac
Also; Thai green curry, pasta with jarred red sauce augmented with some grilled onions and sweet italian sausage, butter chicken, grilled salmon patties made with canned salmon, shepherds pie made with ground beef, etc.

Broccoli quiche? We had that last nigght. I made it and it was lovely.
Rice bowls, bibimbap with fried egg on top: rice base, sauteed spinach or zucchini, lightly marinaded carrots, chopped cucumber/radish, shredded cheese etc.
sesame dressing.

Get a couple (or maybe 3) of rotisserie chickens and some bread, make a vegetable of your choice. (I like zoodles sauteed in olive oil topped with a garlic alfredo or vodka sauce, but you need to cook a lot, because they cook down a lot).

Chicken fajitas from frozen bag (can round out with Mexican rice, beans, chips and guac, etc.)

Chicken apple sausage sauteed with cabbage, tart apples, and onions if you like onions.

Do Chinese - you can get frozen entrees, egg rolls, dumplings, etc. Trader Joe’s has a good selection, and I think they have fried rice too.

I use a Vegetti to make zoodles, and clean it with a toothbrush before I stick it in the dishwasher. You could probably use sliced zucchini instead, which would be cheaper than buying zoodles and faster than making them, but I haven’t tried them with the sauce.
