What is this piece of exercise equipment called?

I saw it on Love is Blind (being used by Raven). It's like a long stretchy thick string/rope with a handle at one end sort of in the shape of a triangle. I couldn't see the other end, but you hold the handle and do stretches and there's resistance. Does anyone know what I mean? Thank you!
